Holly and Marina are best friends living life to the hilt in 70's London. Marina is a wild and confused creature while Holly is a quieter individual who enjoys the narcissistic nature of her friend but as the relationship moves through the 80's she begins to feel smothered by the inequality of their relationship. Me Without You is a fine piece of British cinema.
