Alice meets Adam, a world-renowned mountaineer, and embarks on an intensely passionate relationship that culminates in Adam proposing marriage. At first euphoric, it slowly begins to dawn on Alice that Adam has a darker side that may well be the end of her. Killing Me Softly is an entertainingly silly slab of erotic thriller......though considering it's directed by the genius behind 'Farewell My Concubine' I'm slightly confused.
