A fascinating, humane and immensely sad documentary that observes, through the eyes of both Palestinians and Isrealis, the huge concrete wall rising between the two peoples, slicing through a landscape of immense historical significance and effectively imprisoning both nations. Simone Bitton uses her unique dual Arabic-Jewish identity to draw from the people on opposing sides of the wall not vitriol, but resignation, confusion and humanity.
