An Orthodox Jewish Haredi sect couple plan to celebrate the religious Succoth holiday, a time of receiving guests, but they have no cash, until a stroke of luck, and no guests, until a stroke of bad luck, as two friends, from Moshe's less than salubrious past, arrive on their doorstep. But this is a time of celebration and hospitality and it appears that these two petty criminals can get away with murder, well not quite literally, and quaffing large amounts of Moshe's barely touched alcohol and eating his wife's glorious food are merely tests sent by God for Moshe and Mali.
