Terence is a cop addicted to pain-killers prescribed to him after a work-related back injury during the Katrina flood. A chance for redemption occurs as he investigates the murder of an immigrant family.
Not to be confused with Abel Ferrara's 1994 film this is an exotic blend of European and American cinematic styles; free-spirited American junk and experimental, police procedure and fantasy.
