A witty and light classic studio comedy. Hepburn and Tracy are lawyers fighting opposite sides of a murder case. The case, about a woman attempting to kill her two-timing husband, provides much fodder for the ensuing 'battle of the sexes'. The delightfully funny script is suberbly acted.
