A parrot who thinks he's a Rottweiler and a Dalmatian with no spots (!) join forces with other chatty critters to fend off the creepy-as-ever Cruella De Vil. As they romp through the streets of Paris, the menagerie comes across the unexpected and deals with everything rather well...considering they're animals! A film for kids or the kid in all of us.
