When psychotic TV repairman, Horace Pinker, goes on a killing spree the son of one of his victims, Jonathan Parker, joins with the police to bring him to justice, but Pinker's capture and execution are just the beginning. From the director of 'Shawshank Redemption' and based on another story by Stephen King, the title refers to the last walk condemned prisoners make to the electric chair.
