Erik has a problem, he simply doesn't enjoy all the rape and pillage that goes with being a Viking. So he persuades his villagers to go on a different sort of mission - to visit the Gods and put an end to the Dark Ages. Another epic in the inimitable Python style. Not their best, but worth a watch.

When the Vikings first landed on the soil of North America, they burnt pillaged and legged it, but not before abandoning one of their own children. Years later and the Norsemen are back for a bit of the same, but their forgotten son, raised and cared for by the indigenous people, is having none of it and an epic battle of wills begins.
