1960s; young scouser Jude crosses the Atlantic and meets upper class Lucy in this musical tale of two star-crossed lovers set against the raging waters of the volatile 60s counterculture movement; race riots, Vietnam, civil rights, protest, music, drugs, dance, art, hippies and psychedelia. Over 30 Beatles songs are woven into the plot together with visual allusions to their films and, with cameos from Bono and Eddie Izzard, this weird, loud and colourful montage will either have you breaking ou find out more...

The lives of these Alberta-everymen are captured on film in a rock'n'roll exploration of the depths of friendship, growing up gracefully, and the art and science of drinking beer like a man. An affectionate, indeed respectful, satirical ‘mockumentary' on the musical sub-species known as ‘headbanger'. find out more...

Set to an Andre Previn score Kiss Me Stupid is an enjoyable and for its time, risqué romantic comedy. find out more...

Seth Rogen and James Franco made a stupid movie about North Korea because no one stopped them. With the assistance of Lizzy Caplan (who is occasionally funny) the duo journey to North Korea to kill Kim Jong-Un. It's not even really that it's an offensive film - though it may offend some - it's more that it's just a really bad film. And by that I meant boring, sloppy and not at all entertaining. But there are at least some rather good 'James Franco is a twatty TV show host' style scenes.
