There's hardly anything I would improve about this film. The visuals, concepts, soundtrack, characters, pace, humour and animation are all some of the best I've ever seen in any film; I was worried the hype would ruin it for me, as it always does, but not even the group of kids in the theatre who wouldn't stop loudly talking could ruin it for me. Bryan Singer's homage to the original Superman movies has the pristine lycra guy arriving back on earth having taken a couple of years off to �find himself' on his old home planet. Lois Lane has been busy getting herself a new life and Lex Luther has obviously been puffing on too much of the ol' chill stick, but when SM makes his presence felt his ever hopeful nemesis kicks up a few gears.
