(Showing at the Cube Cinema, Thursday June 26th 2014): The definitive nostalgia movie. A multitude of budding stars made their debuts in this fond look at the innocence of teenage life in '62. Difficult decisions, sex, booze, amazing cars and a brilliant soundtrack make this a film which is touching, perceptive, very funny and hugely entertaining.

A most triumphant sequel; the two dudes end up in Hell partying on down with the Grim Reaper dude, meet the God dude, save the princess babes, totally wipe out their other selves, and all in all enjoy a most bodacious journey. 'Baby Bogart' or 'Bugsy Malone The Sequel'? Young teens act out the roles of our classic noir favourites, Sam Spade et al, against a backdrop of a daylight open-spaced LA suburbia. The characters are there, the script is there, the critics loved it and you, the viewers, rave about it. Sorry, but I just can't buy young high school kids acting out these roles.....ergo the answer is 'Bugsy Malone The Sequel'...but please make your own mind up. find out more...

Bacon is the rebel without a clue who moves to a small Midwestern town. The archaic community is held in the vice-like grip of a raving reverend (with a gorgeous daughter, Natch) who's banned rock 'n' roll, public dancing and anything else that sounds like fun. Cheesily moralistic "yoof" drama. find out more...

Experiencing everything that teenage girls do (e.g. isolation, ugliness and cramps) the Fitzgerald sisters are the freaks of the school but simply don't care. Things get out of hand though, when a wild beast terrorizes their find out more...

Spurning many imitations, this original and shocking study in horror is real edge-of-the-seat stuff. Michael Myers escapes from a mental hospital to wreak havoc amongst middle-America's sexually active adolescents. A true classic of the 'slasher' genre. Don't watch it alone! find out more...

College students Trish and Darry are on the road and heading home, but what begins as an attempt to stay awake soon becomes a desperate attempt to stay alive as they find themselves pursued by a demonic and shadowy figure who has something particularly grizzly in-store for the hapless duo. Jeepers Creepers is a super smooth slice of teen horror, nothing original admittedly, but makes you jump more times than is healthy. find out more...

Nick, a high-school senior, is still infatuated with his fickle ex (he thinks it's love, but believe me it ain't) when, at a gig he and his band played, he meets Norah. Over the course of the next eight or nine hours boy and girl embark on an increasingly bizarre and ineffectual urban road trip that cements their common bonds and increasing mutual affection, but hey it's easy to screw up at any age so what are the chances these two teens are going to make smooth progress?
