Parisian Marion and American boyfriend Jack decide to take a trip to her home city in an attempt to rekindle their spluttering relationship, but, thanks to overbearing parents, ex-boyfriends and a relentless procession of farcical and cultural misunderstandings, it would seem the trip could prove to be the final nail in the coffin.
