A mysterious millionaire buys an ad agency and begins to replace its employees with his own people, who don't appear to be advertising types at all.

The battlefield: a stadium in occupied Paris. The armies: German all-stars vs. ragtag Allied POWs. The objective: demonstrate another "proof" of Aryan superiority, but thanks to some fine football, unlikely goalkeeping and acting worthy of a red card the lads do us proud, before attempting to leg it over the fence and back to blighty. An entertainingly tongue in cheek wartime adventure rather surprisingly from the great John Houston. find out more...

Hemlock is a retired assassin who now passes his days as an art collector. Enticed out of retirement by the opportunity to avenge the death of an old friend, Hemlock finds himself on a climbing expedition up the Swiss Alps, his only certainty that one of the team (apart from himself obviously) is a killer. The Eiger Sanction is an enjoyable enough action thriller, slightly dated and occasionally becalmed, but the mountaineering itself makes up for many of the lapses. find out more...

An ambitious young Fed infiltrates a car gang who may, or may not, be behind a series of daring truck heists, but are certainly into the world of 'street racing'. Such an enterprise involves many illegally quick automobiles, biceps that rarely get to see the outside of a gym and girls who've sacrificed their internal organs so that they really do have legs up to their eyeballs. 'Fast and Furious' has lots of cars going very fast, acting that makes MDF look animated and a script to match. Enjoy. find out more...
