The Multi-Millionaires continue to sing for their massive suppers in this, the fifth instalment, of the visual Holy Grail that is Friends Series 9. Episode 17 sees Chandler and Ross throwing wads of their easily-earned cash at each other, laughing at you, the audience, whilst trying to remember their lines through an amphetamine induced haze. Meanwhile, Phoebe is avoiding Mike (after their split), using Monica as a shield, as his power is too much for Phoebe to resist. Thought they were moving in together? Never mind. Bad taste reigns supreme in Episode 18 as the loaded Friends conspire to win the lottery together ("Would sir like some gold with his money?"). In Episode 19, Joey and Rachel (combination #37) start giving each other sex-looks to keep the print media happy whilst Ross and Chandler (combination #55) end up on a romantic mini-break at a luxurious hotel. Outrageous. The instalment finishes in Episode 20 with Ross trying to get his end away with a saucy palaeontologist, but gets intimidated and neurotic (really?) when he finds out he is a long way from the first...
