Styled like a bizarre re-imagining of Bugsy Malone, directed by and starring the same man responsible for Shaolin Soccer, Kung Fu Hustle is a mesmerising mixture of comedy, fly by wire choreography and frenetic surrealism, that, unlike most martial arts movies, if that's what this really is, doesn't falter and fall in-between the next explosive set piece. Crazy, inspired genius.
