Hooray for ol' chubby-chops! Seagal is back with another instantly forgettable action thriller. This time around he plays Jonathan Cold, an ex-CIA agent with questionable loyalties who springs a dangerous arms dealer from prison and helps a group of terrorists assemble the components of a nuclear bomb. Shock! Horror! Has the pony-tailed one finally gone bad? Or does he have a cunning double-bluff up his tasseled sleeve?
