TV news reporter Simon and cameraman Duck's careers have gone in separate directions since they last worked together. Now Duck is back in Bosnia to cover the anniversary of the war's end when luckless Simon appears saying he has tracked down Bosnia's most infamous war criminal. The two men, with little advance planning and rookie journalist Ben in tow, hurl themselves into the search. Just about everyone they meet is convinced they are a secret CIA hit squad, a big, but very dangerous, benefit.
