An American metropolis is afflicted by a plague of blindness and the stricken are quarantined by jack-booted soldiers and, amongst gruesome levels of degradation, turn, ‘Lord of the Flies'-style, to savagery. One seeing/immune person must lead others out of the hellish quarantine station to the world outside... a world that has collapsed.
