Adapted (loosely) from Dostoyevsky's short story, this is the story of a fallen literary man. Lecturer in lit by day and 'all-in' gambler by night, our protagonist searches for, something, in a world where all bets are off. He falls in love with one of his students and has some mommy issues along the way. Mildly entertaining stuff.
