Dr Decker seems like a normal scientist, but in his secret laboratory he's a crazed researcher. The trouble starts when he injects a chimpanzee with a herbal growth serum only to see it turn into an uncredited actor in a gorilla suit. Inept, silly and ludicrously enjoyable!
