The firefighters in Chicago are facing a particularly dangerous arsonist and Stephen (Russell) is determined to protect his rookie brother (Baldwin) by driving him into a less dangerous job. What really stand out are the fire scenes - both huge and small - tensely and spectacularly filmed.
