Levinson's lavish toy fest, enlivened by Williams, but with LL Cool J stealing the show as the man with a thousand disguises. Evil General Gambon takes over the family toy factory and starts producing war toys, much to everyone's dismay. The message is a little obvious, but visually ravishing.
