A small town is rocked by the discovery of a number of tiny severed hands washed up from a sewer, each marked with a sequential number. When special investigator Audrey Mcleah is called in, she discovers a teenage mute in the local asylum who may hold the key to the horrific crimes. Chilling stuff.
