A Cold War thriller; Newman plays a rather unconvincing nuclear scientist, supposedly defecting to the Ruskies, but hoping to get some secrets and escape back, followed by his reluctant fiancée, who hopes he's not abandoning her! Andrews sheds her Ms Poppins image and is the best of the two.
