Estonia is free and able to reclaim its long-lost gold from a bank in Paris. However, a ruthless gang holds an electrician hostage to cause a power cut in Tallinn in order to hijack the gold. Full of allegories of the Soviet occupation, Estonia cinematically celebrates independence.
