Naked Gun style spoof, taking a stab at all those edge-of-the-seat suspense thrillers which are actually tiresomely predictable in their own right. A kind of Hannibal Lecter develops a Fatal Attraction for a Psycho White Female on Cape Fear. Use your basic instinct and approach with extreme caution. Ridiculous.
