An hilarious bludgeoning of a super cheesy Bondesque Japanese actioner with the original soundtrack and voices removed and supplanted by an American script written, with no reverence whatsoever, by Woody Allen. "What's Up Tiger Lily?" is a silly, childish idea.... and excellent fun as a consequence.
