David Mamet returns to the territory of his excellent early thriller "House of Games", centring on a small fish in a big pond, and one who's definitely way in over their head. On a plush paradise isle, devotedly dutiful company man Joe Ross has just revealed his brilliant, megabuck-making brainwave to the big boss (Ben Gazzara). But what are oily lawyer Ricky Jay and suspiciously vacant secretary Rebecca Pidgeon doing there? And is Joe about to be shafted big time?
