A satisfyingly chilling little thriller, set on an isolated outpost in Nova Scotia. When Paul decides to find his long-lost dad, he travels to the remote island where his father was last heard of, but comes up against a wall of silence. Refusing to leave until he gets some answers, his resolution to stick around gets stronger when he meets the beautiful Rachel. Brought up in isolation by her overpowering mother and grandma, Paul is captivated by her enigmatic innocence. But as he's drawn deeper into the island's weirdly oppressive atmosphere, he begins to wonder if leaving is even an option any more.
