Place tongue firmly in cheek and settle down for the perfect blockbuster. On an isolated deep-sea research facility in the middle of the ocean naughty Saffron Burrows has been conducting illegal DNA experiments on living sharks in the name of medical science. Samuel L Jackson has been sent to oversee the work for reasons that are unclear, though of couse the most likely explanation is the need for someone with huge star quality. But alas, the sharks have already been genetically altered beyond repair and they're definitely not happy, though they're pretty hungry. Just as well, then, that there's a plethora of disposable extras aboard the floating lab, which is sinking. Cheesey in the extreme, with rubbish acting and huge great mutant fish. What more could you want?!
