Tom has just graduated from college and to cement his independence he moves to L.A. taking a job with the ambulance service. His partner Jimmy is a veteran of the work and at first Tom is awed with the guys ability to deal with every traumatic situation that is thrown their way. It soon becomes apparent however that Jimmy has some pretty destructive ways of unwinding from the pressure of the job and Tom finds himself sinking into the mire along with his colleague. A hard, raw, non-stop action drama.
