Mark has just got out of the nick after a four year stretch, determined to make something of himself he forms a gang with his psycho mate, Ozzi. As the group become more and more powerful they begin to upset the established hierarchy of the city's underworld and with Ozzi increasingly out of control all hell is about to take a stroll. Going Off Big Time is a good example of the recent deluge of British gangster flicks, both funny and brutal in turns.
