The men of 8 Wing are preparing for a bit of song and dance, all of which is being actively encouraged by the prison governor who can't wait to see the production by his inmates of the musical 'Nelson'; but while the men seem to be throwing themselves wholeheartedly into proceedings Jimmy and Rudy have come up with a fiendish plan to secure their premature departure from Her Majesty's pleasure. There is only one flaw in the otherwise perfect plan, Jimmy has fallen for the new prison support officer, Annabel. "Lucky Break" is an amiable British comedy; think 'Porridge'.
