Scott Pilgrim lives a louche, slacker idyll; he plays bass in an achingly hip, if not particularly good, indie band and is more than happy, indeed compelled, to continue over-analysing his relationships in the self-pityingly obsessive way that heroically unheroic geeks are always expected to do. When Scott meets Ramona, however, he realises he has met the woman of his dreams... again. There’s just one catch, her seven evil exs’ are coming to kill him.
