In "The Emperor's New Cloak" Grand Nagus Zek is kidnapped by the ruler of an Alliance in the Alternate Universe and is to be put to death unless Quark delivers a cloaking device to him. Although Quark obtains the device, a chain of betrayals leave Quark, Rom and Zek languishing in a prison cell.
