The Rock plays an ex-special forces soldier coming home to the small mill town of his youth and finding things aren't quite as idyllic as he remembered. Where once there was a thriving community, now drugs and corruption are rife and the root of all evil would seem to be the big new casino; a puss filled boil on the arse of Hicksville that our Rocky is going to sort out.
