No, not an Oriental all-girl band, though this lot are pretty good at the old high-kick. Three streetwise, sex-crazed, scantily-clad shoplifters maraud their way merrily through life, dabbling in a bit of prostitution and the odd gun battle, till one of them gets involved with a cop and it seems their number may be up. What these girls really, really want, if you ask me, is a damn good talking to. Cheap and tasteless.

The sequel to the outstanding Ip Man centers on the protagonist's migration to Hong Kong in 1949 as he attempts to propagate his discipline of Wing Chun martial arts. The film's fight choreography is again handled by the legendary Sammo Hung - he also now has a supporting role and incredibly shot his own fight scenes while recuperating from heart surgery - and that alone makes the film worth checking out.

Ip Man movie series is the reason why we love Chinese martial art films. This elegant biographical film that focuses on Ip Man's humble personal life is charming and engaging. It is a lot of fun, has fascinating actions and bittersweet moments! Ip Man 3 is certainly a must watch if you love martial art film and Chinese culture! Additional notes for this mini review (since it does not meet minimum length on IMDb) 1. Quite balanced and culturally fair, sorry no spoiler
