In 'Storyteller', Andrew bizarrely turns into the old dude in the armchair who tells magical tales. The reason for this is explained pretty soon, and this is the funniest episode in a series that has so far been rather bereft of humour. The mystery of Spike's connection to the First continues in 'Lies My Parents Told Me', and takes Spike on a journey back to his pre-vamp days in the 19th century. Which means one thing: Drusilla's bad accent is back in full force! In 'Dirty Girls', a scary preacher named Caleb turns up as the last in a long line of the First's agents. But he is the most powerful of them all yet. Buffy misguidedly leads the potentials into battle with him, and must face up to what is now inevitable: the end of the world.Buffy is still smarting from her defeat against Caleb in 'Empty Places', and to make matters worse the potentials decide that she is not fit to lead them into battle and oust her from the group. Forced out of her own home, Buffy flees alone, leaving Faith, Robin, the Scoobies and the potentials to their own devices.
