When a quite rural community in Vermont is flooded to make way for a luxury lake resort, one of the evicted farmers lays a curse at the feet of the three responsible, a banker, a baroness and a politician. Ten years later, while snowed in at a creepy old mansion, the curse begins to take on a murderous reality. Based on a true story 3 Below has a promising premise with beautiful locations but is comprehensively ruined by amateurism in the script, the direction, acting and editing. Don't be fooled by the presence of Ernest Borgnine either, his screen time can be measured in seconds.
