Action thriller set in Hong Kong during the 1997 handover to China, with Jean Claude Van Damme the central character in an explosive plot which is contained largely within his trousers. As Marcus Ray, the "King of the Knock-Offs", he discovers that his latest consignment of bogus jeans has placed him at the centre of a Russian Mafia conspiracy to hold the U.S to ransom.
