Frances and Shannon are best mates and both are disgruntled with the nowhere status of their lives. When one of them overhears the details of a robbery the two girls decide to blackmail the gang. What at first seems like a simple enough plan launches them into a criminal world which is going to require a very steep learning curve if they're to have any chance of emerging in one piece. High Heels and Low Lifes is an entertaining, if silly, comedy thriller, helped along considerably by the likeable leads.
