Part 1- Currahee: Young lads in Georgia begin training for America's newest military faction - paratroopers and soon become an elite and known as Easy Company. A rivalry breaks out between Lt Sobel and Lt Winters. Part 2 - Day of Days: D-Day arrives, and the paratroopers come under heavy fire. Part 3 - Carentan: Easy Company is sent to take Carentan but Blithe and some others have trouble adjusting to combat. After 36 days in Normandy Easy heads back to England only to be told they will ship out again.
