It all really kicks off in Jackson's adaptation of Tolkien's second book; Frodo and Samwise team up with Gollum in their continuing quest, Aragorn's posse prepare for a last stand at Helmsdeep, the Ents get energised and a mighty new white wizard emerges from the forests. The prophets decree that only a wee cute (muppet-like) Gelfling can save the world from domination by the evil Skeksis forever. This stunningly made film's imaginative settings could only be from the Henson team. Excellent.

What makes this really shine is that it manages to combine highly effective adventure and self-parody, and thus is sure to entertain everybody, kids and adults alike. This film is well good.
