Alcoholic hitman Frank is sent to San Francisco to dry out after he gets pissed and screws up an important job for his Polish mob bosses. In SF he finds himself immersed in the screwed up world of Alcoholics Anonymous, starts work as an undertaker and meets sexy, spiky Laurel.
