The story of Tracy Edwards, a 24-year-old cook on charter boats, who became the skipper of the first ever all-female crew to enter the Whitbread Round the World Race in 1989. This is a film that doesn't leave you: the images of gigantic waves and ice bergs and superhuman levels of courage and endurance are hard to process. If it were a work of fiction you would dismiss it as Hollywood hype: but it's not, find out more...

Supposedly based on the true-life traumas of actress Carrie Fisher and her mum Debbie Reynolds and adapted from Fisher's semi-autobiographical novel. 9 out of 9. find out more...

An observational documentary focussing on the editor-in-chief of American Vogue Magazine, Anna Wintour, and following the putting together of the magazine's largest ever edition: the September 2007 issue. Consistently involving this is an excellent insight into both the fashion industry and the world of Wintour, whose story has been waited for ever since 'The Devil Wears Prada' first hit the bookstores and then the big screen. find out more...
