Charlie's wife has just run off with another man, while Vincente has just been caught shagging another man's wife and now has two very nasty henchmen after his balls (literally). Together the two men find themselves seeking refuge with a deeply dysfunctional, not to say downright creepy, community. The Last Great Wilderness is not the dark twisted beastie it may appear to be, instead it's a quirky and original drama about a group of damaged souls attempting to make some sense of themselves. Thoughtful, odd, funny and not without some shocking moments it's well worth a watch.
