Exciting but slightly overlong adaptation of Grisham's tale of mob corruption in a small, southern law firm. Cruise is the ambitious law graduate, tempted by the firm's amazing offer, who becomes trapped from all sides in a deadly battle for his life. Tense and twisting plot that builds nicely.
