New Year's Eve and it's party time as a bunch of lads and lasses get drunk, fight and f***. A great soundtrack, Elvis Costello, Bad Manners, Madness, Sting, Altered Images et al and lots of humour as the class of '83 show what a******** they are. No plot, ugly characters but real eighties English kitsch.
