When perpetually "resting" actor Bobby Mahon (Baldwin) lands the part of a serial murderer in a real-life crime TV show his career takes off big-time. Worryingly, so does his mind as he finds he's becoming closer, in more ways than one, to the real killer, who starts giving him tips. Uneasy satire.
